Who we are
Queen Square Analytics Ltd (“QSA”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 12403454) at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB185451. What we collect and why
- When you email us (for example about our services or a job), we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this to reply and to manage any resulting business relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to deliver the site and keep it secure. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We use Microsoft 365 for email and Vercel Inc. to host this website. They process data for us under contract. Some processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. Where it does, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact unless they lead to a commercial or research relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after 12 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a short operational period only.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, and for it to be corrected or erased. You can also restrict or object to its processing, or ask for a copy to be transferred. Email enquiries@queensquareanalytics.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Embedded videos
Some news posts include YouTube videos. They load only when you click play in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy then applies.
